(1) Section 9A. Any person, police or Nepali army personnel or security personnel, who sees the crime or the accused is the person, or has reason to believe that the criminal or the accused is this person by the airport authorities, aircraft drivers or related air transport service officials, if there is or is about to be a crime under Officers or anyone can arrest them and they must immediately report to the police after arresting them. (2) According to sub-section (1), the airport authorities, police, security officers may ask for the help of the armed police, security officers and Nepalese army or other government and non-government persons to arrest them and it shall be the duty of all such to give help if they ask for such help.
(3) If the criminal or the accused arrested in accordance with this section is a citizen of a foreign country, he shall be given the opportunity and assistance to establish contact with the nearest appropriate representative of his country, and after the news of such arrest and other preliminary investigations, the determination of such investigation and the exercise of the jurisdiction of this Act.
